“Wild Springtime”, ed. 4 with an A.P. and 5 S.P., 2017; 9” x 12” copper plate etched print with hard line etch and soap ground, printed with archival oil-based ink

I was inspired by reminiscing of the wildflowers and plants that bloom during the spring in Texas, missing home… This is my first ever etched piece that I made in college! :)

• 1/3 edition: 9” x 12” intaglio print using archival oil based ink on a 12” x 15” piece of bright white etching paper (so 1.5” white border), printed in 2017, signed and editioned (3 total printed and available)

• A.P.: 9” x 12” artist proof intaglio print using archival oil based ink on a 15” x 18” piece of bright white etching paper (so 3” white border), printed in 2017, signed and editioned (1 available)

• S.P. 1-5: 9” x 12” sequential proofs intaglio print using archival oil based ink on a 11” x 14” piece of newsprint paper (1” white border), printed in 2017, signed and editioned (5 S.P.s are available. Since on newsprint, paper has a wrinkled texture but print is still clear.)
